We reach the final design after multiple rounds of consultation. Before the production, a visual design is created in every case, allowing us to refine the desired plans with attention to every detail.

In order to provide our clients with the perfect custom wristwatch, a dedicated contact person will guide them through the entire process: from the initial design to the finished custom watch.
Are there minimum order quantity requirements?
There is no minimum order quantity; it is possible to create even just one piece.
Can I request a quote and design proposal?
Of course! Upon request, we’ll create a free visual design using your logo and branding elements.
How can the pricing be competitive while offering low minimum order quantities?
Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible price-to-value ratio. Thanks to our years of manufacturing experience and the pre-prepared components we have in stock, we can respond quickly and efficiently to custom inquiries.
Is it possible to request a sample piece for larger production quantities?
For every custom watch order, we create a prototype and provide video and photo documentation. Of course, you also have the option to view the finished piece in person. For orders of 20 pieces or more, we will send a complete sample of the finished watch.
How long does it take for custom watches to be delivered?
The production time for the ordered watch depends on its design and quantity. Typically, it takes maximum 20-25 business days to complete a watch assembled in the configurator.
If you order a fully custom design with a brand logo the design process typically takes 5–10 business days in addition to production time.
Is it possible to ship abroad?
Yes, we deliver our watches worldwide using FedEx Express service.
Can I modify my order?
During the watch design process, you can modify your order at any time. However, once production has begun, changes can only be made by mutual agreement.
