The production time for the ordered watch depends on its design and quantity. Typically, it takes 15-20 business days to complete a watch assembled in the configurator.
Is it possible to create a custom design preview?
If you want a custom watch, the first step is to send us your company's logo or a motif of your choice. After a brief consultation, we will send you the design preview. We will then make adjustments based on your specific needs.
Do you ship overseas as well?
Yes, the shipping is handled by FedEx Express.
How much warranty do you offer on the watches?
We provide a 3+3 year warranty on all Evolvens watches.
