How much is the shipping fee?
After entering your details in the order form in your cart, the shipping fee will be calculated automatically based on your delivery address.
At least how many watches do I need to order if I want company-branded watches?
Thanks to the flexible dial manufacturing technology, it's possible to order even a single custom watch.
Is it possible to create a custom design preview?
If you’d like a custom watch, the first step is to send us your company’s logo or a motif of your choice, along with a “base watch” created in our configurator. After a brief consultation, we will provide a design preview. We can then make adjustments to ensure the final design meets your specific needs.
How long does it typically take to receive a custom watch after placing an order?
The production time for the ordered watch depends on its design and quantity. Typically, it takes maximum 20-25 business days to complete a watch assembled in the configurator.
If you order a fully custom design with a logo or custom dial - essentially a key visual created just for you - the design process typically takes 5–10 business days in addition to production time.
What is the water resistance of Evolvens watches?
You can find the exact water resistance ratings for each model in the “Parameters” section.
Watches with a crown cap have a water resistance of 10 ATM (100 m) – available in 44 mm, 42 mm, and 46 mm. Models without a crown cap have a water resistance of 5 ATM (50 m) – available in 34 mm and 40 mm.
Do you ship overseas as well?
Yes, the shipping is handled by FedEx Express.
How much warranty do you offer on the watches?
All Evolvens watches come with a 3-year warranty.
After this period, you can extend it for an additional 3 years by bringing or sending your watch to our workshop for a full service (€60). When your watch is returned, you’ll receive a brand-new warranty card in the box.
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse or use for unintended purposes, ignoring the care instructions or user manual, improper storage or handling, accidental damage or tampering, unauthorized repairs or modifications, damage caused by natural events or other physical or chemical factors.
